Sur la route des diocèses - Diocèse de Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière Part 1

Fondé en 1951 par le pape Pie XII, le diocèse de Sainte-Anne-de-La-Pocatière sétend le long du fleuve Saint-Laurent sur près de 160 km de Berthier-sur-Mer à Rivière-du-Loup en passant par Trois-Pistoles, Kamouraska et Montmagny. Ordonné le 10 mars 2019 en la cathédrale de Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière en présence de nombreux frères évêques venus spécialement pour loccasion, Mgr Pierre Goudreault, évêque de ce diocèse, a à cur la mission de « Proclamer partout lÉvangile » du Christ. Sixième évêque du lieu, il est originaire de lAbitibi et ne cesse de sémerveiller de ce qui est devenu pour lui, au cours de la dernière année, une véritable terre daccueil. Dans cet épisode de « Sur la route des diocèses » nous partons donc à la rencontre des différents visages qui forment le Peuple de Dieu dans cette région du Québec.
